What information do we collect?
When you register, we need only your user name/email address and a password. This will allow you access to the entire site and you will not need to register again.

When you order an auction catalog, submit auction bids, sign up for the Wine Workshop courses or become a member of the Wine Every Month Club, we need your name, email address, mailing address, billing address, credit card number, credit card expiration date and contact telephone number. This allows us to process your request and provide necessary follow-up.

When you contact us or ask to be put on our email mailing list, we ask for your email address to send a response.

When you request to receive other mailings, your name and mailing address are needed.

When you enter a contest or other promotion, we may ask for your name, address and email address to so we can administer the contest and notify winners.

When you participate in one of our on-line surveys (on the site occasionally), we will ask for your user name/email address, password and some demographic information. We will use that information to send you specially tailored information (as noted on the survey) and/or to collect demographic information about our site usage.
