General Terms
We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside New York. You, the buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products and assume all obligations for compliance with your State's laws. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom the delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.

Acker Merrall & Condit Company will not be held responsible for goods held for over 90 days.
Some Goods may take longer for delivery than others.

Wine Workshop Terms of Use
Classes are limited and may sell out and placing a reservation for an event through this website DOES NOT guarantee that a place is available. Your registration will be confirmed by phone or email within 3 business days. If you do not hear from us within one week, please feel free to call us at (212) 875-0222. Once confirmed, all registrations are final upon payment. There are no refunds, only credit toward future classes. No credit will be given unless cancellation is received at least three business days prior to the event.
The Wine Workshop reserves the right to deny admission to any potential workshop participants or to remove participants for unruly behavior. All participants must be at least 21 years of age.
Please, no perfume or after-shave, it interferes with the wines' bouquets.
